Kate & Peppy got married in April and when searching to hire a wedding band, we (21st Century Riot) were lucky enough to be recommended by their Wedding Planner, Emma (Something Blue).

It was brilliant to work with a couple who were so enthusiastic about the music and gave their time to communicating their thoughts and requests. It makes it so special when we can incorporate the Bride and Groom's personal touches into the music. We are also very, very lucky that Kate & Peppy shared their beautiful photo's, by the fantastic We Are The Clarkes, which tell the story of their wedding day far better than I could....

Kate & Peppy's gorgeous venue, The Ham Yard Hotel, London, featured a stunning roof top terrace where the Ceremony and Drinks Reception were held. Live music from our Acoustic Duo ran throughout the afternoon including special requests from the Bride & Groom for their Ceremony.

First Dance and the evening fun gets well and truly underway...

Kate & Peppy chose John Legend's 'All Of Me' from our DJ for their first dance to officially kick off their evening reception. Plus this uniquely cool venue features a bowling alley for guests to enjoy, and a photo booth provided even more entertainment!

Keep on dancing...

The band take to the stage as the Bride & Groom once again lead the dancing. Plus our DJ keeps the party going with classic tunes but also featuring Indian music selected by Peppy which goes down brilliantly.

Final Words from Kate & Peppy...

21st Century Riot were the band for our wedding in London. We were looking for a band with a great sound. A band who could really sing, play and perform, would get the party going and the dance floor full. We found that in 21st Century Riot.

The organisation before the day was professional and easy, on the day the band gave a great performance of lots of classic rock and indie songs that meant we were on the dance floor nearly all night and it was full the whole time. We also hired the 21st Century Riot acoustic duo for our wedding ceremony music and drinks reception which was one of our best decisions. Everyone complimented the music and sound they produced and it gave our drinks reception a great atmosphere. We couldn’t recommend 21st Century Riot highly enough - if you're looking for a band for your wedding or an acoustic duo you won’t find better.
